We offer and provide bankers, mortgage lenders, investors, and mortgage servicing operations a complete solution to replace or supplement their internal appraisal management and processing needs (including full valuation reviews). With a network of over 20,000 appraisers across the country, Momentum can handle and service our clients' appraisal needs on a local, regional, or national basis. Our Management Team


John Roper - President

Mr. Roper's real estate experience includes appraising properties in residential subdivisions, industrial parks, retail centers, office buildings, and special-use type properties. He is a State Certified General Appraiser in the state of Texas and has completed numerous real estate and appraisal-related courses and seminars over his three decades in the industry.

Eric Sather - Vice President

Mr. Sather is a Texas State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a Certified Review Appraiser (CRA). He is an active member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and his educational experience includes core real estate and appraisal-related courses and numerous seminars. He is an FHA-Approved appraiser and he has been active in the real estate appraisal industry for over three decades.

Xavier Benites - Vice President of Business Development/Marketing

Mr. Benites has been in the real estate and appraisal business since 1981 and has experience with many types of appraisals, including desk and field appraisals of all types on residential properties, high-end residential estates, a variety of commercial property types, and condemnation and right-of-way appraisal assignments for various county, state and Federal agencies.
