Online Status E-mail Addresses

Please enter a comma-separated list of e-mail addresses. Along with the e-mail address listed under 'Client Information', the e-mail addresses you include here will be able to check the status of this order in the Momentum Online Status (OLS) System.



Selecting How You Wish to Receive Your UAD-Compliant Reports

Momentum can deliver completed reports to you using several methods. For options 3 and 4, remember to have your company's Lender Admin invite "Momentum Appraisal Group" as a Lender Agent in your company's UCDP account, as Momentum cannot upload completed reports on your behalf until this relationship is created.

1) Email report (PDF and XML) (Default Option, Beginning Sep 1, 2011)
   Momentum will email the completed report to you in both XML and PDF
   formats at the EDI email address specified in the order.

2) Email report (PDF only)
   Momentum will email the completed report to you in PDF format ONLY
   at the EDI email address specified in the order.

3) Upload to the UCDP (XML only)
   Momentum, as your Lender Agent, will upload the completed report
   directly to your UCDP account.

4) Email report AND Upload to the UCDP
   Momentum, as your Lender Agent, will upload the completed report
   directly to your UCDP account and will additionally send the XML
   and PDF files to the EDI email address specified in the order.
